How this calculator works
Pick each AI tool you actually pay for and the tier you're on. The calculator adds up the listed monthly price for every tool in your stack and multiplies it by 12 for a yearly figure. Tools billed usage-based or with custom enterprise pricing (marked "Custom") aren't counted in the total, since there's no fixed monthly number to add — those depend on your actual usage volume.
The savings suggestions are generated from the same pricing data: if you've added more than one tool in the same category (e.g. two text-generation assistants), it flags the cheaper option, and if a free tier exists elsewhere in that category, it points that out too. It's a starting point for a decision, not financial advice — feature differences between tools often justify paying for more than one.
